Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 years old, and she stopped gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. Within a single year, she earned her pro card when she was 17. She was one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a break of six years from her career after she earned her professional card in order to further the education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and continued from her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing more ambitious goals every year. The year 2009 saw four new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could finish her college degree. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. She was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage a month later, and returned with a 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she had no expectation. The athlete was satisfied about her position. This is not a surprise since Ariel did well given that she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her physique each year. Ariel likes to focus specifically on the back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the working sets. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
